Note that a SANA employee can accompany you for your appointments if you are not comfortable with French and we can register you in francization class

Support newcomers in their integration process and in their immigration processes:

• Intake and needs assessment;
• Housing search and installation;
• Technical assistance, interpretation and support in administrative procedures;
• Renewal of official documents;
• Information, translation, support and referencing;
• Intercultural activities promoting meetings between newcomers and/or with the local population.
